What this is
Not a discovery call. A decision conversation. By the end of it, we'll both know whether there's an opportunity to reach your goals, and either answer is fine.
I work with CEOs, founders, and senior executives at the moment the seat gets heavier than the skills that earned it. If that's the season you're in, this will be useful. If it isn't, I'll say so.

Before we talk
Ten minutes, sometime before the call. Sit with these:
Think of a moment in the last year where you felt most like yourself at work and in life. What was happening?
What's the thing you're not saying out loud about your current situation?
If nothing changes in twelve months, same patterns, same internal weather, what does that actually cost you?
Bring what comes up. Polished isn't the point. Honest is.
After the call
If we both see a fit, I'll walk you through what matches. If we don't, I'll point you toward something that does. What we discuss stays between us.
